Ordering
You can order through our website. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if we notice wrong pricing — in that case you get a full refund.
Pricing
All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Prices and offers can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 3–7 working days across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Returns
We accept returns for damaged items only. To claim damage protection, you must share a same-day unboxing video — record a clear video while opening the package on the day it arrives, and send it to us on WhatsApp at 6301724733. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Warranty
Every watch comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage or normal wear and tear.
