How do I place an order on this website?
Browse the shop, add your favourite watch to the cart, and check out. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery.

Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at 6301724733 with the watch name or a screenshot, and we will place the order for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking through our secure payment partner Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is also available.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

How soon will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 days (usually 1 to 2 days; timing depends on order volume, festivals and our courier partner).

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3 to 7 days across India.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders across India.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the watch arrives damaged or defective. “I did not like it” is not a valid reason for a return.

Do I need to record an unboxing video?
Yes. When your parcel arrives, you must record a full video while opening and unboxing it. Without this video, we cannot accept a return – no exceptions.

How soon must I report a damaged watch?
Same day. If your parcel is delivered in the morning, send us the video by that evening. If it is delivered in the evening, send it by the next-day evening.

Why do you ask for an unboxing video?
It protects genuine customers and our store from misuse, such as wearing a watch at a function or wedding and then returning it as damaged.

Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! Pay a ₹200 advance via UPI before dispatch — this advance confirms your order and prevents fake orders. The remaining amount (order total minus ₹200) is payable to the delivery person on delivery. This advance is part of your order total, not an extra charge.
